Job Description
Our Sun Program - Shamsena is a leading renewable energy start-up focusing on small and medium sized solar & battery projects. As a sole distributor of the Top 5 worldwide battery brand; Dyness, we aim at utilizing our deep understanding and unmatched products at our market segments to develop unmatched propositions.
Role Description:
• Lead a team to develop and grow projects and introduce new business to the growing residential and small commercial solar segments.
• Establishing and managing connections with potential customers.
• Work closely with other teams to customize solar solutions based on client specifications.
• Execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand the customer base.
• Work closely with our partners such as Dyness and CICG to drive sales in the newly hybrid and off grid sector.
• Research the marekt and identify selling possibilities through calls & door knocking, generating lead and evaluate customer needs.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of prior experience with a proven track record in the solar field.
• A respectable, positive and pro active mentality is a non-negotiable trait for us.
• Awareness of Solar Energy market trends, competitor activities and industry development.
• Strong understanding of Solar energy systems, photovoltaic technologies, energy storage solutions and their applications.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field.
• Car owner preferred.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
