Job Description
- Manage and coordinate the activities of all Production Processes.
- Assist the Plant Director in developing annual operating and capital budgets
- Prepare short-, medium- and long-term production plans detailing the type and quantity of product required.
- Review the production plan, ensure thorough understanding, point out possible difficulties and assure compliance with the plan.
- Manage the daily scheduling and execution of the production equipment and facilities according to production order requests.
- Perform effective resource planning which is vital to the realization of operational targets.
- Review production-related reports including the production order, process stability, and operation cost.
- Review Production Planning Schedule and ensure the approved program and activities are completed; stoppage plans and schedules are adhered to.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager to ensure compliance and maximum recovery of production equipment.
- Responsible for the safety, health, and environmental activities of Production Department employees.
- Ensure the integrity of material balance of raw materials, additives, and fuels.
- Review various reports (e.g. damage reports including estimation of losses and manpower costs)
- Evaluate the economics of alternate materials and accessories and recommend repair or replacement as necessary.
- Assessing performance of subordinates and providing necessary feedback for their development to Human Resource Department.
Job Requirements
- B.sc. Of Chemical Engineering, Chemistry Is a Must.
- A Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
- +12 Years Experience in Cement Industry, Min. 3 Yrs. in the same title.
- applicable Age over 40 to 45 Years Old
- Experience with ISO Standards.
- Analytical Thinker.

- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.
