Job Description

  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, providing accurate information and assistance
  • Handle customer complaints and follow up on issue resolution
  • Collect and organize customer feedback to help improve service processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely response to customer needs

 

Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic (Chinese language skills are a plus)
