Job Description
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of operators and technicians.

Job Requirements
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in steel manufacturing or a related industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
