Job Description

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence, emails and phone calls.
  • Managing CEO’s calendar and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the CEO.
  • Manage all required Booking, flights and hotels  arranging travel timetable and schedule, local and International as needed.
  • Organizing events and meetings calendar.
  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Tracing and following up on the pending tasks.
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence to suppliers, or and other vendors.
  • Managing CEO`s office databases and filing systems.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Maintaining CEO office supplies.
  • Maintaining CB for CEO contacts.
  • Translating letters when requested.
  • Solving personal drivers problems and handle their requests.
  • Additional tasks may be added

Job Requirements

  • Very Presentable
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Tact and diplomacy.
  • High level of professionalism and a strong ability to relate to people of all business levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures as well as technical vocabulary of relevant industry
  • Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
  • Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • FLUENT spoken and written English and Arabic is a MUST, Italian is a plus.
  • Information gathering and information monitoring skills.
  • Trustworthy, able to respect confidentiality.
  • Effective interpersonal communication style particularly with Board members, executives and senior level staff.
  • Hard worker.
  • Excellent in MS office.
  • Age not less 30 years.
  • At least 5 years solid experience  as a CEO Personal Assistant.
  • Can work under pressure and is a multi-task person.
