Job Description

  • Maintain communication with Suppliers. 
  • Maintain up-to-date records of procurement documents such as purchase orders, bid proposals, and vendor reviews. 
  • Develop and implement a suitable filing system. 
  • Customs clearance and follow the goods until delivered to our warehouses.
  • Research and identify prospective suppliers.  
  • Evaluate products and suppliers according to crucial business criteria.  
  • Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns
  • Experience in dealing with tenders. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a similar field is preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in purchasing assignments or in a similar role
  • NGO background is preferred.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business application software, 
  • Purchasing, and resource planning systems.
  • Time Management and decision making.  
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
