Job Description
- Maintain communication with Suppliers.
- Maintain up-to-date records of procurement documents such as purchase orders, bid proposals, and vendor reviews.
- Develop and implement a suitable filing system.
- Customs clearance and follow the goods until delivered to our warehouses.
- Research and identify prospective suppliers.
- Evaluate products and suppliers according to crucial business criteria.
- Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns
- Experience in dealing with tenders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a similar field is preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in purchasing assignments or in a similar role
- NGO background is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business application software,
- Purchasing, and resource planning systems.
- Time Management and decision making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
