Job Description
• Create and update schedules
• Follow up on different online instructors’ responsibilities
• Make monthly appraisals
• Handle clients’ technical complaints
• Teaching 3 classes at least
• Observe live or recorded classes and provide feedback
• Create development plans for online instructors
• Provide technical and non-technical online training to the teacher
• Support and monitor educational progress
Job Requirements
• BA in a related college is a must. (Education, Arts, Al-sun)
• A certificate in teaching (TEFL, CELTA, TESOL, DELTA) is required
• A master's degree is required for management positions
• Prior management experience is preferred.
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience
