- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, digital marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Coordinating digital marketing strategies with the company board and social media team.
- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
- Promoting & increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns using the company’s different platforms.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing measurement.
- Ensures successful marketing campaigns and owns their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Producing valuable engaging content for websites and blogs to attract and convert our target groups.
- Analyzing consumer behavior and adjusting email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
- Manage the digital marketing team.
- Manage the workflow & deadlines.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Communicating with the Sales department
- Conducting Weekly & monthly reports
- Hire a digital agency to work on digital campaigns if needed
- Generate campaign reports during and after each campaign.
- Generate campaign reports per quarter and year to year.

Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- 7:10 years’ experience in the Digital Marketing field.
- Ecommerce experience is highly preferred.
- Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn campaigns experience are a must
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Leadership experience.
- Digital mindset/fluency and an insatiable curiosity for Innovation.
