Job Description

Present inventory of properties that are competitive with a variety of clients to be compatible with buyer financing

Working as a consultant for the buyer by advising the client on market conditions and market investment opportunities.

Attend meetings with clients on points of sale

Answer client questions according to business needs.

Acquire new leads through different methods & ways in order to expand the network circle

Promote sales of properties through advertisements, and participation in multiple listing services

Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.

Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold in order to determine its competitive opportunity to the client & be aware of similar units in different projects with the same criteria

Finding new clients, creating a strong referral pipeline, and building powerful relationships with them.

Keeping up-to-date information about the trends in the local residential property market, as well as the commercial sector.

Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.

Job Requirements

- No experience needed
