Job Description
- Ensure full understanding & compliance with all governmental laws, regulations & guidelines, covering day-to-day interactions, to guarantee that the information shared with outsourced staff is accurate.
- Define and implement internal HR policies and practices that secure compliance with labor laws.
- Handle the execution of all HR transactions and administration, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Ensure that all vacations, annual leaves, sick leaves, and absences are tracked and updated.
- Maintain regular HRIS input by collecting relevant employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, uploading needed documents, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details.
- Assist in screening and selecting CVs, scheduling and conducting interviews (phone and face-to-face).
- Prepare reports as requested.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience as an HR Generalist in Saudi Arabia.
- Familiar with dealing with Saudi government agencies and platforms.
- The job is only for those inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia—availability to transfer sponsorship.
