Learning & Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
 

• ·   Identify and assess the submitted training needs. 
   
• ·   Meet with managers and supervisors to ascertain needs. 
   
• ·   Conduct surveys and follow the training courses' action plans. 
   
• ·   Develop, organize, conduct, and evaluate training programs. 
   
• ·   Create teaching materials and literature. 
   
• ·   Hold meetings and presentations on learning material. 
   
• ·    Conduct on-the-job training for newly hired supervisors. 
   
• ·    Help employees improve upon or enhance existing skills. 
   
• ·   Develop programs that groom lower-level employees for executive positions. 
   
• ·    Evaluate training effectiveness. 
   
• ·    Modify training programs.
