Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- · Identify and assess the submitted training needs.
- · Meet with managers and supervisors to ascertain needs.
- · Conduct surveys and follow the training courses' action plans.
- · Develop, organize, conduct, and evaluate training programs.
- · Create teaching materials and literature.
- · Hold meetings and presentations on learning material.
- · Conduct on-the-job training for newly hired supervisors.
- · Help employees improve upon or enhance existing skills.
- · Develop programs that groom lower-level employees for executive positions.
- · Evaluate training effectiveness.
- · Modify training programs.
Job Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in L&D
- BA, in business or equivalent
- Good Command of English
- Expert in Microsoft applications
