As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our software development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify and help resolve obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
- Provide guidance on Scrum practices and encourage a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain clear communication between the development team, Product Owner, and stakeholders.
- Monitor sprint progress and ensure timely delivery of project goals.
- Advocate for Agile methodologies and foster an environment conducive to Agile practices.
Job Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and software development lifecycle.
- Skills: Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Tools: Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management software.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
