Job Description
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct and implement the organization’s marketing communications activities, and ensures that key, strategic messages are communicated effectively to the target audience.
- Create the company brand.
- Develop the marketing plan.
- Handle all promotional material, website content, social media platforms alongside digital marketing.
- Work closely with all our creative agencies to design marketing material.
- Organize and attend events such as conferences, seminars.
- Identify and develop new initiatives to improve the range and quality of the products provided by the company and to ensure responsiveness to changes in the external environment.
- Analyze trends in the business environment, help to develop products that are responsive to market demands, and identify new market opportunities.
- Assist in formulating and monitoring the annual business plan to ensure the long-term success and viability of the company and the attainment of strategic objectives.
- Critically evaluate the costs and benefits of all new ideas and initiatives to ensure that resources are appropriately directed and to keep the company ahead of its competitors.
- Create and manage the marketing budget.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. Post graduate studies in Marketing are an asset.
- At least 10 years of extensive experience in Marketing both locally & internationally.
- Previous experience in a medical device company is desirable.
- In-depth knowledge in using web analytics, SEO and other digital marketing tools.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial awareness and sharp business acumen.
- Ability to balance strong strategic/ analytical thinking creatively.
- Copy writing and design skills.
