Job Description
• Accountable to deliver details orientation to all department’s middle management on the corporate strategy and support in cascading it down to department objectives, through providing support to meet department objectives and action plans
• Ensure the integration between all departments’ action plans and advise if there are any departments must be included or aligned, through periodic meetings or any other tool or way
• Review the departmental compliance with their strategic objectives, KPI’s, action plan & or initiatives on monthly basis through periodic meetings and status report actual results vs. the original targets to the top management through dashboard with recommended action in case of deviation
• Provide facilitation & support to department in order to be able to meet their strategic objectives
• Provide training / guidance to middle management on data analytics & statistics and guide on selecting the suitable tools to use
• Support Department managers in their risk management process stages through:
• Facilitate in identification risk within their departments, develop risk mitigation plans & a periodic revision and reporting to management
• Monitor Risk Management Plan execution, analyze and report the plan execution status, deviation, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with both IT department and heads of departments in their efforts to automate their process
• Perform researches on regular basis to be fully aware of different best practices to managers and reports and recommend improvement if needed
Job Requirements
Academic and professional qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Experience:
• 10+ years of relevant experience working with this scope Risk Management, Project Management, Balanced Scorecard, Process Improvement
• Certified PMP or agile
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green, Black
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Business Intelligence Tools, Statistical tools and methodologies
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and with others
