Job Description
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, or CFA are preferred).
* Strong knowledge of IFRS and international accounting standards.
* Minimum 8–14 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
* Proven track record as a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant, preferably within export, international trade, or supply chain companies.
* Solid experience in dealing with banks (LCs, guarantees, export financing).
* Hands-on experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and preparing periodic reports.
* Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
* Working with the UAE (Dubai), Exporting field is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
* Strong financial planning and cash flow management skills.
* Excellent negotiation skills with banks.
* Knowledge of taxation and customs regulations related to exports.
* Leadership and team management abilities.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
