Job Description

Required Skills/Competencies:-

  • Generating potential leads, Researching, identifying, sourcing, generating and classifying new sales opportunities.
  • Create a roadmap for new product business development, and initiate actions for generating sales.
  • Develop a pipeline of corporate potential customers through marketing the company’s services and identifying business segments.

About Develop marketing or strategic plans for sales territories:

  • Develop marketing plans or strategies in accordance with marketing team.
  • Create customized energy management packages to satisfy customer needs:
  • Customize energy products or services to meet customer needs.
  • Provide customers with complete support such as quotes, orders, sales, shipping, warranties, credit, funding options, incentives, or tax rebates
  • Explain technical product or service information to customers, explain financial information to customers.
  • Provide technical information about solar power, solar systems, equipment, and services to potential customers or dealers:Explain technical product or service information to customers.
  • Good Knowledge in system design, implementation and execution.
  • Good knowledge in system main components and key distributors.
  • The ability to understand and explain drawing, technical reports and financial terms.
  • Working on the presales proposal in accordance with technical team.
  • Understanding of the country’s key regulations and calculating potential solar resources prior to the implantation of projects.
  • Ability to perform complete site survey and data collection.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Working with the origination leads, effectively engage in the consultative selling process to and communicate (Solar )  Renewable technical value proposition to customers via phone calls, email, in-person meetings, proposals etc.
  • Provide technical support while generating sales proposals
  • Coordinate the generation of EPC cost estimates, schedules, layouts, energy predictions, and scope/assumptions and exclusions documents
  • Using computer modelling software to produce detailed designs and energy production estimates, Aware of simulation software (Pvsyst, Pvsol and etc.)
  • Review technical portions of proposals including ensuring site layouts, plant performance estimates, plant capital, and O&M cost estimates are aligned with the commercial offer
  • Review and provide initial feedback to customers on energy predictions
  • Collaborate with deal leads on transaction schedule and technical aspects with a commercial application
  • Prepare EPC Project Schedule and handle negotiating from order, contact to cash

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Preferably Electrical, Mechanical or Renewable Energy
  • Minimum of 5-7 years’ sales experience preferred in the solar and power industry
  • Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, and ability to speak effectively about the complicated subject matter before groups of customers, employees, or company executives.
  • Flexibility to travel
