Job Description
- Taking initiative in implementing all facets of HR functions, including, but not limited to: HR branding, On-boarding, Succession planning, Assessment Centers, OD, Leadership development programs.
- Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of Human Capital.
- Nurturing a positive working environment leading to the creation of the Employer-Of-Choice brand on the local labor market.
- Reporting to General & Sales management and providing decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensuring legal compliance in collaboration with Legal and Accounting leaders.
- Creating and sustaining an atmosphere of collaboration, personal growth, and initiative.
- Critically assessing and developing policies in line with internal and external influences, particularly taking account of the international perspective.
- Bench-marking and modernizing terms and conditions, remuneration and benefits for all staff levels.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Reporting to General & Sales management and providing decision support through HR metrics.
- Providing Management with valuable business and market-related insights.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in a Leadership HR position.
- Mastery of all the latest HR trends and approaches.
- Native/fluent English.
- Confident communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to think “out-of-the-box” with proven business cases.
- Strategic mindset.

- Self-motivation.
