- You will be responsible for attracting candidates, Hunt the talents, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews.
- Recruitment: (CVs screening, Interviews, Job offers, Contracts, On-boarding, JDs...)
- Performance Management: (Objective’s settings, Development Plan, Appraisals)
- Organizational Development: (Policies, Training, Employees’ Engagement activities)
- Compensation and Benefits: (Medical &Life insurance, Salaries, Bonus, Allowances...)
Job Requirements
- Leadership personality and modern management skills
- Managerial background is a must.
- Excellent Presentation and strong negotiation skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Heliopolis or nearby areas residents are preferred.
- Owning a Car is Preferable.
- Full Time / 2 Days Off
