Job Summary:

The Project Planning and Cost Control Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and financial management of real estate development projects. Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning:

• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, and resource allocation.

Cost Control:

Risk Management:
