Job Description

  • To analyze the school’s academic data, including exam results, report grades, attendance figures and other specific academic areas.
  • Create, oversee and develop the school’s use of data for the Senior Leadership Team and auditing by external bodies
  • Produce clear, concise, accurate information to support Senior Leaders in raising standards of performance in the school including underachieving students
  • Determine the need for and arrange provision, analysis and evaluation of data and detailed reports/information such as Module and Course enhancement plans
  • Produce KPI information
  • Provide data when requested to the senior leadership team and outside agencies
  • Assist the Academic Programs Administrator with school programs data management
  • Support the Curriculum Officer with general administration tasks as directed.
  • Hard copy filing/collating staff certificates and assisting Course Leaders with the recruitment process administration.
  • Setting appropriate objectives in learning and teaching
  • Providing intellectual and material resources to support these objectives
  • Monitoring annually and enhancing learning and teaching performance
  • Evaluating the success in meeting learning and teaching objectives
  • Revising modules and making minor revisions to programs
  • Preparing, where appropriate, for professional accreditation
  • Designing effective monitoring and evaluation of education systems and school operations 

Job Requirements

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong managerial skills with multiple levels of organization
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous education industry experience is a must
  • Ability to write clearly and make effective presentations
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in education or business administration 
  • Previously worked as, and made a success of, a Quality role within Education
  • Previous experience with a training provider
  • Experience of scoping, options appraisal, planning and implementation of new/updated activities and the ability to take a project from initial idea to implementation
  • Masters in education is a value added to your cv
