Job Description
- Quality Control Specialist
OVO Egypt (www.ovoegypt.com) a Food Manufacturing Facility specialized in pasteurized eggs is hiring:
Quality Control Specialist
Main purpose
Ensure total compliance throughout Factory ( manufacturing and supply chain) to GMP, food safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:- - Follow up on quality of production lines and solving any technical problems.
- Ensuring the application of quality standards in all process( ISO 22000, FSSC and NFSA).
- Preparing daily reports.
- Apply food safety audit on the facility and prepare gap analysis and action plan to comply with food safety standards.
- Cooperate with production and maintenance team to take immediate actions and corrective actions regarding to any deviation during process.
- Carries out random inspections and quality audit during production process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science or an equivalent
- 1: 2 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry (lab experience).
- 6th of October City Resident is a must.
- Very good communication and personal skills.
- Good command of English & Presentable.
