Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the merchandising activities for Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) across designated retail locations.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of merchandisers to ensure optimal product placement and visual presentation.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and replenishment to maximize sales opportunities and minimize stockouts.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and in-store displays.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards and provide actionable feedback.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment and display improvements.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics teams to coordinate timely delivery and setup of SDA products.
- Prepare and present merchandising performance reports to management.
- Resolve operational issues and address customer feedback related to product displays and merchandising.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, retail supervision, or a similar role within the consumer electronics or appliances sector.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in inventory management and stock control.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and generating actionable insights.
- Familiarity with visual merchandising principles and retail display techniques.
- Ability to travel regularly to various retail locations as required.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays during peak seasons.
