Job Description
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings to generate leads and close sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide timely follow-up and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address client inquiries.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
- Represent Convrld professionally at all times, upholding company values and standards.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Finished military service (Male ) .
- Graduates only .
- Personal laptop is required .
- V .Good English .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
