Job Description
- Job Purpose: To lead and manage the Group's technical infrastructure and operational processes, ensuring the stability and continuity of technical systems and services, achieving the highest levels of efficiency and security, and supporting the Group's sustainable digital transformation.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing a reliable and secure technical infrastructure, including data centers, networks, servers, and cloud or on-premises solutions.
- Overseeing daily IT operations and ensuring service continuity for all subsidiaries.
- Managing backup and disaster recovery systems and developing periodic testing and update plans.
- Supervising network and internal communications security in collaboration with the Information Security Manager.
- Leading technical upgrade projects (hardware refresh, virtualization, cloud migration) and improving the overall performance of the infrastructure.
- Managing IT support and helpdesk operations and establishing service level agreements (SLAs) to measure the quality of response and support.
- Monitoring and optimizing the consumption of technical resources (storage, bandwidth, server utilization) to ensure cost efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing technical infrastructure and operational processes.
- Hands-on experience with IP telephony systems such as Cisco Call Manager, Asterisk, and 3CX, and their integration with enterprise networks.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V), storage systems, and Active Directory.
- Experience with networking (LAN/WAN/VPN) and monitoring systems (Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios).
- Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure/AWS/Odoo.sh).
- Professional certifications such as CCNP, MCSA, ITIL, VMware Certified, or VoIP Specialist are a plus.
