Job Description
- Assessing the company’s training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers.
- Working with the Human resources team
- Performs TNA to identify training needs.
- Developing & updating training materials.
- Setting the monthly training plan.
- Reports to the HR Manager with any faced issues or incidents.
- Issues department reports, send them by mail and records them in a filing system.
- Evaluates the trainees at the end of the training and send the result to the HR Manager.
- Performs other job-related duties as necessary or assigned.
- Assisting in rewards system plan.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree's in a relevant field.
- 2 to 4 years experience.
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Excellent presentation & communication skills.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
- Flexible to work outdoor
- Excellent leadership skills, Communication Skills
- Problem Solving Skills, Well organized
- Report Writing Skills.
- MS Office.
- Flexible and able to travel on business missions.
- Rewarding systems background is preferable.
