Job Description

  • Assessing the company’s training needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers.
  • Working with the Human resources team
  • Performs TNA to identify training needs.
  • Developing & updating training materials.
  • Setting the monthly training plan.
  • Reports to the HR Manager with any faced issues or incidents.
  • Issues department reports, send them by mail and records them in a filing system.
  • Evaluates the trainees at the end of the training and send the result to the HR Manager.
  • Performs other job-related duties as necessary or assigned.
  • Assisting in rewards system plan.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree's in a relevant field.
  • 2 to 4 years experience.
  • Excellent English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills.
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques.
  • Flexible to work outdoor
  • Excellent leadership skills, Communication Skills
  • Problem Solving Skills, Well organized
  • Report Writing Skills.
  • MS Office.
  • Flexible and able to travel on business missions.
  • Rewarding systems background is preferable.
