Job Description

  • Conducts several support tasks for sales and purchase manager . 
  • These tasks may revolve around diary sales orders, all corresponding with importers, brokers and Shipping companies .
  • Handling inquiries and screening customers calls and orders , all related admin work.
  • Organizing and maintaining import systems
  • Responsible for all internal and external emails
  • Problem solve any issues in the executive requests
