- Looking for a Sales Manager software Products specially Prop Tech, an exceptional person in the field software Products of real estate
- He has many relationships with major real estate development companies inside and outside Egypt
- To work on selling and marketing a different technical product that these companies desperately need and will collect a lot of profits
The Role
- As a Sales Manger Executive, you will seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. To be successful in this role.
- You should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas.
- You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service.
Your Responsibilities Will Include - Develop a database of leads through referrals, face to face meetings, cold calls, direct mail, email, and networking
- Become an expert on the Egyptian Real Estate market through combining the on-ground insights
- Liaise with Finance, Customer Support, Legal and Marketing departments for any sales-related or client-related issues
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales KPIs (value and volume)
- Communicate effectively to manage clients’ expectations and ensure they receive a great experience
Job Requirements
- 2-6 yrs. Of Experience in software Products of real estate is a must.
- Excellent English language.
- Excellent computer skills: MS Office.
- Possess strong presentation skills and able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails and when submitting reports.
- Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
- Preferable owns a driving license.
- Project management skills.
- Time management and planning skills
Skills Required
- Highly computer literate, adept at Excel, PowerPoint and highly tech savvy
- Candidates must have a Car and a valid Driving license as this role requires you to attend many out-of-office meetings.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
