Job Description
- Study and understand all relevant project documents relating to cost management.
- Work with all relevant project's Members to ensure that cost control procedures are in place.
- Monitor and evaluate Project Cost performance on Weekly and Monthly basis and prepare monthly report to be sent to superiors.
- Monitor, report and forecaster project cost & revenue trends.
- Prepare and issue of projects’ estimated cash flow.
- Cooperate and coordinate with the planning team members and Project Control Manager in Developing and analyzing extension of time claims and its impact on the project’s cost.
- Review the actual rates for the projects scope and ensure that they are communicated with the Projects control Manager and the commercial department.
- Ensure that the performance of various assigned tasks, and the conduct of cost control staff within the project are in accordance with the Project controls department's policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering architecture or civil.
- 8 – 12 Years of experience
- Excellent Command of English language skills.
- Good knowledge of relevant Cost Control Software - AutoCAD and Advanced Excel.
- Proven track record in leading cost control teams on large-scale engineering or construction projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership.
