Import Coordinator

The import coordinator will handle the process of importing products from initiating and negotiating the orders with the suppliers till arrival to our warehouses 
Responsible for the importation of goods and for the customs clearance of the goods
Evaluating the quotation sent by the suppliers based on cost and delivery time  
Collaborate with suppliers, and other parties to import the goods
Communicate with transport companies, customs, and suppliers in order to make sure that all shipments are received on time and in full
Collect offers from different shipping lines & forwarders to get the best shipping rate
Collect offers from Clearance providers to work with the best one at lowest cost
Review all official documents as Commercial invoice , Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, packing list …
Serves as a liaison between agents, brokers, banks, shippers
