Job Description
- Assist in recruitment activities online and offline (social media, open days, employment fairs,..) to expand recruitment sources
- Update database/pool for each branch and/or position on regular basis to ensure high supply of candidates when needed
- Collect pool of part-timers and prepare database in preparation for seasonal hiring
- Conduct phone calls to pre-screen candidates’ CVs; send data or schedule interviews according to position
- Follow up on branches vacancies on weekly basis to collect feedback on data and to ensure all open vacancies are closed within allowed time
- Recruit for branch and head office vacancies according to hierarchy matrix to ensure all vacancies are closed within allowed hiring time
- Ensure all stages of recruitment and policy restrictions are followed by all parties (selection, interviewing
- Assist in new store openings hiring and provide updates on status according to set timeline
- Collect and consolidate weekly/monthly recruitment reports and send to management
- Ensure implementation of all department related policies
- Assist Recruitment manager in preparation of department business plan and management reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years’ experience.
- Excellent English.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
