Job Description:
We are seeking a committed HSE Officer to support the implementation and monitoring of health, safety, and environmental standards across our facility management operations. The role focuses on ensuring compliance, identifying risks, and promoting a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk assessments and identify unsafe conditions.
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety measures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HSE regulations and company policies.
- Monitor maintenance and operational activities to ensure safety standards.
- Deliver HSE inductions, training, and safety awareness sessions.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and incident documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for all HSE-related matters.
Job Requirements
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an HSE role (facility management experience is preferred).
- Good knowledge of risk assessment and workplace safety regulations.
- OSHA certification or Safety Specialist certificate is required.
- Good command of English and proficiency in MS Office.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of HSE standards and practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Work Conditions:
- Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
- Working Hours: 8 hours/day
- Weekends: Friday & Saturday
