Job Description
- Analyze, document, and manage business requirements throughout the life of the product or project.
- Perform requirements gathering and analysis in order to provide high quality and detailed requirements, ensuring the closest involvement with, and agreement from, the user community
- Resolve conflicting end-user requirements
- Collaborate with the Development team to create documents such as a Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document
- Collaborate with developers to ensure adherence to business requirements and UI design specifications job requirements
Job Requirements
- Experience in developing industry-standard Business Requirements and Technical Specifications
- Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines
- Ability to take strategic guidance on product direction and convert it into actionable designs and product development.
- Knowledge of agile software development processes.
- Experience with writing documents like SRS, user stories, IAS, UATs, different business diagrams, acceptance criteria.
- Using tools like Jira and Trello.
