- Developing cash flow forecasts and execute daily financing decisions
- Manage relationships with financial service providers.
- Monitor bank service fees and address quality issues.
- Conduct benchmark studies of banks and their services to evaluate whether it fits the company requirements or not.
- Updated with the CBE rules & market circumstances.
- Expanding our banking network and making new deals with the bank to be aligned with any expansion in the company and provide us with very competitive & special rates.
- Managing the Cash Collection Cycle with the AR & AP teams to minimize it as much as possible
- Periodic reporting to banks inquiries on financial and non-financial performance of the company.
- Ensure that all transactions are processed, confirmed and settled in a timely and accurate basis.
- Produce monthly volume statistics.
- Making Trade transactions (LGs, LCs & IDCs).
- Maintain liquidity to ensure the ability to meet current and future financial obligations in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Optimize cash resources by establishing policies and procedures, and implementing strategies to manage low-yielding cash balances while providing adequate liquidity. Invest excess cash balances to generate interest income, or pay down debt to reduce interest expense.
- Collaborate with other departments and share financial information.
- Allocation FCY for export customers.
- Support financial accountant in bank reconciliation transactions.
- Making payroll deals with minimum cost for the employee.
- Participating in the monthly physical count.
