Job Description
- Coordinating and managing the Electric trades on major construction projects to ensure successful completion of all Electrical trade work.
- Estimate Electrical trades during pre-construction
- Review Contract Documents, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the Electrical trades
- Manage and lead Electrical subcontractors
- Review and approve material and equipment for Electrical systems prior to installation
- Monitor the installation and start-up of Electrical systems and commissioning of projects with Owner
- Coordinate activities, materials procurement and other related activities
- Supervise review and coordination of submittals and shop drawings
