Job Description
- Study tender documents (BOQ, SPEC, RFI’S, Drawings) include site visits & modifications of proposal all during tender situation.
- Review design parameters of projects, coordinated with other Dept., follow’s pricing, prepare cost analysis sheet’s, follow’s supplies quotation’s as per vendor list.
- Prepare final technical Commercial submittal with all relevant Documents including all charges & taxes for final submission.
Job Requirements
- Mechanical tender team leader engineer (Mechanical Bachelor Degree)
- Required Experience: 8-10Y contracting field.
- High knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing & water supply system criteria, well computer skills, communication & negotiation.
- Energetic, well organized to meet Dead time tasks.
- Knowledge of electrical works is added value.
- Knowledge of all type of projects commercial/ hospital/ residential… etc.
