Job Description
- Create and implement maintenance procedures
- Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
- Oversee equipment and required spear part stock and place orders
- Create supplies and clients data base .
- Developing top management performance dashboard & Statistics
- Create and monitoring of equipment spear part annual budget
- Manage all equipment (preventative ,Corrective , Periodic , urgent ) Maintenance schedule
- Create of the department manpower requirement including selecting criteria ,KPIs , coaching plan, training employees and evaluating employee performance.
- Maintain all the relevant data into the System ERP
- Responsible for keep-up and accuracy of Equipment maintenance history and job records database
Job Requirements
- BSc of Mechanical Engineering. 13+ years , proof track experience in a maintenance management role
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
- Experience in planning maintenance operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
