Complaint Review and Validation: Carefully examine customer complaints received via Freshdesk, ensuring that each complaint is thoroughly understood and assessed for validity / Regularly report on complaint trends, validation outcomes, and customer satisfaction metrics. /conduct necessary investigations into complaints, liaising with relevant departments to gather additional information and insights.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree
Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
Experience with ticketing systems is highly desirable / English reading and writing / Email Writing
