Job Description

Core Job Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of Algihaz digital presence, oversee activities associated with digital
  • Define, develop, and implement digital strategy in support of business objectives and
    lead/develop team of digital marketing specialists in pursuit of best-in-class performance
  • Liaise with marketing Team with regard to digital marketing campaigns, work with
    external media partners to raise brand awareness, and spearhead social media activities
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email,
    social media and web advertising campaigns.
  • Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to formulate tactical plans to improve brand
    awareness, website Traffic and social media presence and provide reports regularly.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against
    goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative Digital growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize Websites and social
    media visitors’ journey
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Job Requirements

  • Years of Experience: 8 to 10 years' experience
  • Understanding of market segmentation & the different characteristic of each segment
  • Understanding of importance of Brand equity
  • Initiative and enthusiastic. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to organize, multitasks, and meets deadlines. 
  • Ability to deal with agencies and suppliers. 
  • Takes initiatives, Creative, delivers on deadlines
  • Prepare regular reports & feedback 
  • Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans
