Job Description
- Introduce clients to brand portfolio, while guiding them on a tour of the showroom and the available product offerings
- Assess a client's budgetary constrains through indirect questioning
- Present offerings and alternatives to client according to specified description or presumed budget
- Maintain a positive sales experience for the client throughout the entire duration of the sale
- Construct quotations and sales presentations based on items requested by client
- Follow up with clients in a mindful manor
- Finally conclude sale with client,
- Respond to and follow up sales inquiries by mail and telephone
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers
- Capable of explaining all information and technical specifications of all product lines from all brands
Job Requirements
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Working knowledge of company products, all potential applications and effective communication skills.
- +4 years in account management in software services.
- Excellent presentation abilities and composure in front of all levels of business customers.
- Excellent business understanding at least for one of the industries (Teleco,Banking, Governance)
- Experience in software and preferred to be in Business Intelligence, Data Management, Artificial Intelligence.
