Oversee and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.

2-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
Proven ability to optimize manufacturing processes and improve operational efficiency.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Experience with production planning and workflow optimization.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
