Job Description

  • Convert active pasta importers and private label buyers from competitor manufacturers to Rosso.
  • Use existing personal relationships and market reputation to open doors and close deals quickly.
  • Build and manage a high-value pipeline of volume-driven importers, supermarket groups, and food trading companies.
  • Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, packaging, specifications, and volumes within approved commercial frameworks.
  • Drive private label manufacturing contracts for retailers and large importers.
  • Secure repeat orders and long-term supply agreements from newly acquired clients.
  • Deliver fast revenue growth in Africa through aggressive account acquisition.

 

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in export sales of pasta .
  • Currently working (or recently worked) with a major pasta manufacturer .
  • Proven track record of closing large-volume importer and private label deals.
  • Strong, active network of African importers, distributors, and supermarket buyers.
  • Demonstrated ability to move accounts from one supplier to another.
  • Commercially aggressive, deal-driven, and results oriented.
