Job Description
Inventory Management:
- Plan, organize, direct, manage and evaluate the inventory management activities.
- Develop and communicate inventory operational management policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, inventory movements and identify gaps.
- Develop and implement TOP improvement plans.
- Conduct investigations into inventory management incidents in order to verify and resolve complaints.
- Remain current with the latest inventory management and sales transactions.
- Confer with other department management and staff to coordinate inventory management activities.
- Liaise with the technical department to ensure timely deliveries of information.
- Stay up-to-date with new projects and facilities.
Admin & Reporting Management:
- Record-keeping responsibilities include sales and inventory reports.
- Perform managerial functions, such as preparing proposals and writing reports.
- Perform day to day administrative tasks such as maintaining files and processing paperwork.
- Maintain an open dialogue with other management to coordinate activities and document control.
- Assurance accurate process of closing deals and receiving original contracts by concerned clients.
- Keeps up-to-date accurate sales contracts includes status per each contract.
- Develop all necessary reports that assist management.
- Reporting monthly sales results for the sales team.
- Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
- Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of inventory management operations.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Keeps original copies of the entire signed contracts.
- Direct and manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures related to administrating all sales transactions.
- Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships and maintain them over Time.

- Experience in Real Estate Developers is a MUST.
- Experience in sales operations and contracts.
- Excellent Communication skills.
