Job Description
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere at the front desk.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic’s appointment calendar efficiently.
- Maintain accurate patient records, update information, and ensure confidentiality in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Coordinate patient check-in and check-out procedures, including verifying insurance and processing payments.
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and insurance claim submissions as required.
- Communicate effectively with dental staff to relay patient information and appointment updates.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and other administrative communications for the clinic.
- Order and manage office supplies to ensure the front desk is well-equipped.
- Address patient inquiries and resolve issues or direct them to the appropriate staff member.
- Support the dental team with additional administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental office, medical office, or similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
