Job Description
- Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or staff
- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Handle general inquiries about real estate projects (locations, schedules, contact details)
Administrative Duties
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
- Maintain visitor logs and client records
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Organize, file, and maintain documents
- Enter data into systems (CRM, Excel, or internal databases)
Sales & Marketing Support
- Coordinate client meetings with the sales team
- Distribute brochures, project profiles, and floor plans
- Follow up on client requests and forward them to the relevant department
- Assist in organizing real estate events and exhibitions
Office & Operational Support
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Ensure availability of office supplies and refreshments
- Follow company policies and maintain a professional
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–7 years of reception or administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer programs.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organized, professional, and able to multitask.
- Experience with scheduling, data entry, and CRM systems.
- Team player with attention to detail.
