Job Description

  • Direct visitors to the appropriate departments or staff
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Handle general inquiries about real estate projects (locations, schedules, contact details)

Administrative Duties

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Maintain visitor logs and client records
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages
  • Organize, file, and maintain documents
  • Enter data into systems (CRM, Excel, or internal databases)

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Coordinate client meetings with the sales team
  • Distribute brochures, project profiles, and floor plans
  • Follow up on client requests and forward them to the relevant department
  • Assist in organizing real estate events and exhibitions

Office & Operational Support

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Ensure availability of office supplies and refreshments
  • Follow company policies and maintain a professional

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 3–7 years of reception or administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer programs.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Organized, professional, and able to multitask.
  • Experience with scheduling, data entry, and CRM systems.
  • Team player with attention to detail.
