Job Description
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Aadamo Labs’ products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle objections professionally and provide clear, concise information to prospects.
- Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Provide feedback on call outcomes and market insights to help improve campaign effectiveness.
