Job Description

We're currently hiring for immediate start!!

We're looking for someone who's flexible with working in PM shifts Cairo time (from home permanently) and can start immediately!!

The training supervisor will be responsible for executing innovative training programs to support operations. The Training Supervisor is responsible for leading all training activities within the company which includes: new hires training, development programs, educational initiatives, designing and updating training materials on our Learning Platform “ Trainual”.  

Duties & Responsibilities:  

  • Assists in writing, updating, and executing new training material in accordance with our culture and partners’ needs.
  • Follows up on new hires’ training and provides timely feedback appropriately.
  • Coordinates with managers on designing the partners’ training materials.
  • Assists in the identification of high potential employees in order to create a pool of talent.
  • Conducts development needs assessments and accordingly designs programs and training courses to satisfy the identified training needs.
  • Assists in culture-related initiatives and prepares training tools to ensure consistency across meetings.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of  experience.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Previous field training position or multi-unit experience preferred.
  • Proven understanding and success in operations to include, but not limited to, excellence in operational execution, team, and sales building.
  • Very strong written, verbal, and presentation skills required.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Extremely organized and skilled in prioritizing multiple projects.
  • Self-disciplined, highly motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Displays the ability to identify problems and suggest solutions in accordance with quality operating standards. Working knowledge of G-suite Tools.
  • Passion for people and personal growth.
