Job Description
1.Monitor and supervise overall sales activity across the assigned district
2.Conduct field visits and double visits to coach and guide Medical Representatives on customer handling, objection management, and negotiation skills.
3.Evaluate market potential and execute environmental scanning to assess growth opportunities.
4.Provide coaching and mentorship to Medical Representatives to enhance their performance.
5.Conduct double visits with medical representatives to improve field effectiveness & to monitor their performance
6.Establish &Track KPIs for medical representatives to evalutae their performance & comparing actual performance Vs.KPI's.
7.Guide Medical representatives on task execution and evaluate their approach and outcomes.
8.Conduct biweekly meetings to follow up on sales achievements and action plans.
9.Collaborate with Area Managers to cascade sales targets to medical representatives and monitor progress.
10.Ensure tactical plans are communicated and effectively executed on the ground.
11.Supervise the implementation of local marketing activities including conferences, standalone events, and campaigns
12.Maintain strong relationships with pharmacies to ensure optimal product availability and support.
13.Conduct regular visits and engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen brand reputation and trust.
14.Assist the Area Manager to create and implement district-level sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
