Job Description
•Work closely with the Operations to implement and review projects reporting requirements.
•Develop MIS process for increasing the efficiency
•Responsible to identify the weaknesses in the reporting activates
•Providing the necessary information to assist and support the implementation of all new project scope.
•Create and generate reports in timely and accurate manner.
•Analyze and measure reporting KPIs and results on a periodical basis to ensure all required information available to all levels.
•Measure & manage the assigned reporting member’s performance including reporting On-time both internal & external, reporting accuracy, team Utilization.
•Keep company vision, mission, values and follow all policies and procedures.
•Monitor industry best practices.
•Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
•Bachelor's Degree.
•Level of English: Good Level.
•At least 2 year of experience in Call Center Reporting.
•Strong MS Access & MS Excel skills
•Strong communication skills verbal & written
•Good knowledge of data analytic tools
•Data analysis and exploration
•Statistical Knowledge
•Creating data visualizations
•Creating dashboards and reports
•Strong analytical skills to quickly identify patterns to apply solutions to varied problem sets
