Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled Media Buyer Executive to manage and optimize media campaigns across
various channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in media planning and buying, negotiating
with vendors, and analyzing campaign performance. They should be able to work in a fast-paced
environment and have excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop media plans and strategies to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with media vendors to ensure cost-effective campaigns
  • Manage media budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI
  • Monitor and optimize media campaigns across various channels
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools to measure success and make data-driven
    decisions for future campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and sales to ensure that media efforts align
    with business goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging media platforms to ensure the
    company stays ahead of the competition.

Job Requirements

  •  Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably in an agency environment
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with media vendors
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in media planning and buying tools such as Nielsen, ComScore, and Media Ocean
  • Experience in digital media buying, including programmatic advertising, SEM, and social media
    advertising
  • Strong understanding of media metrics and KPIs, such as reach, frequency, CPM, CPA, and ROI
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager is a plus
  • Familiarity with media buying for B2B or B2C marketing is a plus.
