Job Description

  • Create manpower plan (With budgeting) according to company's business plan and in coordination with departments' heads.
  • Design recruitment plan regarding to vacancies available.
  • Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures
  • Prepare monthly reports to show tasks in progress, the number candidates searched, and the number of qualified candidates found
  • Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases.
  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Contribute research, analysis and ideas to the development of the Fund’s HR strategy in order to ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals.
  • Design and create general policies; Dress Code, Resignation & Vacations.
  • Design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the Fund’s ambition to be a high performing organization; to include initiatives which foster a high-performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm.
  • Create Job profile including job description and follow up for any updates.
  • Support specific performance improvement initiatives, through the implementation of a new behavioral competency framework and 360-degree feedback process.
  • Apply performance appraisal system with bell curve contribute.
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Deliver orientation for new staff.
  • Create and design staff engagement yearly plan, and responsible for all recreation activities; trips, surveys & other activities.
  • Create & updated organization’s Org Chart
  • Prepare training plan with budget, benefits and competency gaps
  • Prepare a list of training providers for any upcoming training requests.
  • Manages new hired program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring intern job contributions; coaching interns; advising managers on training and coaching.
  • Manage organizational communications between staff and corporate to ensure that they have knowledge of training events and resources.
  • Maintains, monitors and distributes assigned equipment and supplies for training.

Job Requirements

  • BS in Business Administration or any other related studies.
  • Post Studies in HR Field
  • Should be from 3 to 5 years of experience.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, team building and advanced coaching skills. 
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and listening ability.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated, results oriented.
